A man in his 30s was killed in a collision with a van on the A13.
Emergency services were called to a reported collision involving a van and a pedestrian on the westbound A13, near the Beckton Flyover, at 11.16am on Wednesday, October 26.
Officers attended along with the London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance.

Despite their efforts, the pedestrian, a man aged in his 30s, died at the scene.
Officers are working to inform his next of kin.
The driver of the van stopped at the scene and was arrested. He remains in custody at an east London police station.
