Mrs. Joan Whiteman of East Ham passed away peacefully at home, aged 94 in October 2023. Widow of Bill, mother of Stephen and Robert, and grandmother to William, Rosalind and Alexander. Born in Poplar, nee Elliott, and sister of the late Arthur, Dolly and Jack.
