A woman has died in a fire at a block of flats in Silvertown.
Firefighters were called at 9.59pm to a fire at a six-storey flat block in Barrier Point Road on October 17.
The woman was rescued from the blaze but was later pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.

A spokesperson for the London Fire Brigade said: "Sadly, a woman has died following a fire on Barrier Point Road in Silvertown.
"Part of a flat on the fourth floor of a six-storey residential block was damaged by fire.
"One woman was rescued via an internal staircase by firefighters wearing breathing apparatus. She was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
"The brigade was called at 2159 and the fire was brought under control by 2257.
"Six fire engines and around 40 firefighters from Poplar, East Ham, Millwall, Shadwell and surrounding fire stations attended the scene."
