This weekend baseball is taking over London as the MLB World Tour returns to London Stadium. 

As part of the London Series 2024, the event will see fans of the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies take over the stadium for a weekend of intense sports. 

The MLB returns after the success of the 2023 event that saw the St.Louis Cardinals and Chicago Cubs face each other.

Now in an amped-up year, the 2024 London Series will not only host a special baseball match but will include New York and Philadelphia-inspired ballpark food, live entertainment and more.

Ahead of the games at the London Stadium, here is everything fans need to know as they dust off their baseball caps. 

When is the MLB World Tour at London Stadium?

For a whole weekend in June, the normal home to football will become the host to baseball. 

The MLB World Tour takes place on Saturday, June 8 and Sunday, June 9.

What time do doors open for MLB World Tour at London Stadium?

If you are heading to the matches and want to get to the stadium with plenty of time before the first pitch you will want to get there when the doors open.

On Saturday, doors will open at 3pm whilst on Sunday, doors will open at 12pm. 

What time is the first pitch for MLB World Tour at London Stadium?

The ceremonial first pitch on Saturday, June 8 will take place at 6.00pm and the game will start at 6.10pm.

The ceremonial first pitch on Sunday, June 9 will take place at 3.00pm at London Stadium and the game starts at 3.10pm.

Are tickets still on sale for the MLB World Tour at London Stadium?

If you didn't grab tickets for the matches then you're in luck, as there are some available. 

On Saturday, June 8, tickets start at £66 each for adults aged over 16 years old and rise to £1,170 for the Champions Lounge Hospitality Saturday Ticket.

On Sunday, June 9 there are also plenty of tickets on sale, with prices starting at £54 to £1,074 for hospitality tickets.
