A new 24/7 gym has launched in East Ham this week. 

The Gym Group opened its doors to its latest east London gym in Barking Road on September 10. 

Gym goers in the area will have just a nine minute walk from East Ham Tube station to the fitness venue.

The gym features dedicated training areas, a group exercise studio, and specialised cardio and weight machines.
