A man who died in hospital two days after being stabbed at a house in Canning Town has been named and pictured for the first time.
Raish Ahmed, 50 was among three found injured at a home in Hartington Road shortly after 4.30pm on October 5.
A teenage boy was found with a slash injury, whilst another man, aged 41, was also assaulted.
Both their injuries were assessed as non life-threatening however Raish died in hospital on October 7.
His next-of-kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
Daniel Whybrow, 46, of Hartington Road, was charged with attempted murder on October 6.
The charges will now be reviewed by the CPS following Mr Ahmed's death.
Whybrow was also charged with grievous bodily harm, threats to kill, racially aggravated assault and possession of an offensive weapon.
He will next appear at Isleworth Crown Court on November 4.
Police are not looking for anyone else involved in this attack.
